Free for talents: create a profile, receive requests, decide for yourself — at no cost. Companies start on the Entdecker plan with no ongoing costs and pay only a success fee on a successful hire.
Companies start with no ongoing costs and 5 interview requests. A 25% success fee (of the target annual salary) applies only when a talent accepts your employment contract. For higher recruiting needs we're building additional plans.
If a talent leaves within the first three months, we review the case individually and work together on a fair solution.
