Everything you need to know about Klarjob - for talents and companies alike.
Klarjob simplifies career moves. As a talent, you create a free anonymous profile. Companies reach out - your profile only becomes visible once you agree.
You build an anonymous profile with your skills and preferences. Companies send you a discreet interview request - you decide whether to accept. Only then are your contact details shared.
Free for talents: create a profile, receive requests, decide for yourself - at no cost. Companies start on the Entdecker plan with no ongoing costs and pay only a success fee on a successful hire.
Companies start with no ongoing costs and 5 interview requests. A 25% success fee (of the target annual salary) applies only when a talent accepts your employment contract. For higher recruiting needs we're building additional plans.
If a talent leaves within the first three months, we review the case individually and work together on a fair solution.
Klarjob stands for efficiency and reliability in recruiting. No ghosting, no unclear communication. Clear numbers, clear rules: it's either a fit - or it isn't. Nobody needs the back-and-forth. You keep full control over your data.
